Unlock fixed savings acc and saved me 1 hour

It is with the utmost pleasure that I submit this to your office.On 2016-01-31 I neede to unlock a fixed savings account as I have a couple of things that I am still sorting out after my wife's untimely passing in August 2015.I have unlocked the acc 4 or 5 times in the past 2 to 3 months and know the procedure.A very kind and friendly consultant by the name of SWEETNESS duely unlocked my acc after phoning Head Office as protocol dictates.On unlocking the account she asked me if I wanted to refix the deposit.I answered yes and at exactly that precise moment the entire system went doen.She then advised me that I could take a seat and wait for the system to go back online.Alternatively she informed me that I could do it myself via my cellphone.She subsiquently guided me through the entire process flawlessly and within 3 minutes I was out of the bank.I humbly wish your Head Office to commend this individual for waljing the extra mile.(Especially someone working on Sunday)If only each financial institution has only 1 employee of this calibre it would make South Africa a better place.(The Avenues Branch by the way)WELL DONE CAPITEC<br> Simon Joseph<br> ***<br> <br>
