******** Theft by Capitec Bank
I made a loan from Capitec bank and signed a contract stipulating the monthly repayment to be deducted from my bank account. Three months in they have started deducting more than the amount originally agreed to. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT LEGAL. i have contacted them they refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing and don not want to resolve the matter. Any clients of Capitec bank who have had loan repayment amounts deducted that were not agreed to, please contact me at ********** I am looking to report this ******* activity to the relevant authorities.

I refer to our telephone conversation of earlier and confirm that due to recent increase in the VAT , we had to increase the monthly service fee on your loan account. This subsequently increased the monthly instalment as a result.
