******** deductions from Account

i have missed 3 loan payments as i was unemployed, i started a new job and made arrangements, my 1st salary was paid in and was too little to cover everything, as i just came back from training. Money was then transferred to me to buy food, electricity and petrol for the month for my family. Capitec deducted all the money and only refunded 75%. I explained situation to call centre, but guess what, they don't care that my family is not provided for. And, for some or other reason all Supervisors and Managers are unavailable in meetings !!!<br> I have other debit orders that also went off, so literally have no money for food for my family, or travelling money to get to work.
