So dissapointed with Capitec I have a loan with them and my account was in arrears due to financial constraints, I went to them before the defaults and asked if we could reschedule my loan they refused to assist me. Now they have deducted from my account their monthly installmentsR3703. 95 plus the arrears of R2700.82 which is a total of R6404.77 I want the arrears refund so that I make arrangements on how to pay them going forward.
