UNKNOWN TRANSECTION
I have logged an unknown transection on my card logged a complain ref capitec ***1 was told they will respond within 24 HRS ,it was on the 16 Feb today I make a follow up anther story is given to me that is 14 day. Spoke to the agent that I need to speak to the manager ,she hung up on me .Am going to take out my money .BAD SERVICE
