Unknown transaction

On Tuesday the 8th of June am sitting at home I heard a beep for a message notification when I checked it’s a Capitec Bank notification reporting a transaction from my account ,my card is with me and I don’t know anything about it ,am home in isolation because of the Covid case at my work place I couldn’t go to the bank but I wrote an email to their Client Care to my surprise it’s Thursday today the 10th I have not heard anything from Capitec,I had to send all my money to my sister so she can withdraw it for me as a result am closing that account,here is the transaction that am referring to Capitec: Purchase -R203.01 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref STATICTRACK.COM +*** CY; Avail R??? 08-Jun.
