Unknown purchase on my Capitec card

A week ago an unknowm purchase was made from my card and I visited the branch and they managed to reverse the amount back to my account, today same incident happen again and what I was told the matter will be investigated, for goodness sake how am I suppose to visit home for Christmas as that money was meant for my travelling @CapitecBank please intervene.
