Unknown debit order

Hi. My name is Tshegofatso I have been having a problem with Capitec bank. I have unknown debit orders on my account some I managed to dispute and some I couldn't. I went to the branch and I asked them to stop those debit orders and they failed to do so. As I dont know this debit orders and didnt approve I believe this is ***** and my bank should be able to assist me since I am a client to them. They only said I must call the service providers from those companies.
