Unknown debit order

My name is matshidiso Valencia otimile I'm a capitec bank clint I went to capitec krugersdorp last month to change my bank account due to the debit order that go through every month that I know nothing off ..so just because it's been long debiting I ask the consultant by the name of Dineo that I want to open a new account she advise me to use stop order of which today the very same people debited when I went to the bank she said there I'd nothing they can do but I asked for them to change my account from last year September till today even last month I asked the same thing no help was provided the amount of 970 is gone till today
