Unknown debit order

So I woke this morning with a debit order with a reference of realliance what is this thou?? My frustration is that all debit orders I approve the debicheck why is this one just debiting my account with out my approval where did they get my detail why is capitec allowing debit orders i did not approve debit my account why thou, a whole R900 for something I do not know how
