unknown billing

I had a problem with capitec before.i had money sent to my capitec account and before I could go withdraw the money it was debited from my account . I wish for my money to be reversed back into my account.i stopped using my capitec account in October last year coz of the same problem.i have a account with capitec and it's in arrears so they won't reverse my money.i stopped this debit order but even though don't use the account debit orders are still being done.an amount of 2000 has been debited n now they won't reverse my money even though I don't use this account only got money sent to me and now it's all gone and capitec will not reverse my money.yet I haven't used the account for more than 3 month.i wish for my money to be reversed and this account be closed
