Unkept promise Capitec

<p>I opened a capitec account 15/12/2015 ...... They promised to change debit orders to the new capitec acc ...but until today ...i regret even opening an cc ..because all of my debit oders still go to my absa acc... When I dpoke to capitec customer agent last was told that it is because of the holidays ....... Frustrated and dissapointed </p>
