Unhold People's Monies.

Capitec ruins people's lives, it always do this to the black nations and I don't know why. We supported it as everyone can see that 95% of its customers are black people who are trying to make a living through Stokvels and Small business Enterprises but when people's monies start to boost their vault,,, they will use each and every tactic they get from jealous people around and use that as a weapon to holding people's monies with the aim of making them loose interest in that money for their own benefit..

Just imagine a professional bank ruins old pension people, none working customers sitting by streets corners everyday hustling to raise money for weekly or monthly Stokvel to save till December to share it,,, then the account gains more millions in it and some jealousy ****s raise with mare R10s and lodge a complain about the Stokvel account. This bank will not hesitate to hold people's monies worth of millions over R10 and make the process prolonged more than couple of months and years telling owner of the account that they still investigating but all proof is right there in their very same bank system and supporting documents also submitted but they don't unhold the amount which later on will call the account holder in private calls asking them for a percentage cut for them to unhold the amount... This is clear evidence that there's nothing wrong with the account but just that people working in Capitec and whoever holding the account in forensics works hand to hand with people who laid a complain about the account as greedy and selfishness ruled over them when they seeing due date to share the monies is just around the corner.

This only gives an alert to us the community that we are in a biggest bank ******** procedures that are used to robbing us our hard earned monies through these Capitec Bank useless policies,,, how do you even close someone's account without contacting them 1st to hear their side of story when people lodging complains about the account? They don't even check the account holder loyalties with them before acting on the account.. How can a person who has been with the bank for such a long term, saving money and raised couple of millions in that account come to rob others fewer R10s and you as a normal bank believe such accusations? 🤔 It seems that your bank policies are useless if your Capitec consultants are able to disclose your customers information in your own bank to others,,, unless that consultant, the forensic personnel and the complaints have certain connections together in using your bank useless policies to rob people like us our monies that we saving in your bank Capitec Bank.
