Unhelpful, disappointing and poor Capitec service

Recently I got ****med when I bought sneakers from a **** website (archivebrands.co.za) imitating Archive TGF. Immediately after making payment I realised the mistake I made. Within minutes I contacted my bank (Capitec emergency helpline) however to my surprise they couldn't help with reversing a transaction.

As I literally made contact with them a few minutes after paying to reverse the transaction - a basic function I thought any bank would offer they clients - they kept going in circles trying to explain why they couldn't - providing no valid reason. I've done this before with FNB and they got it done in minutes.

The following days I continued to seek help from my bank (Capitec) without any success. I chatted to numerous consultants on WhatsApp and had one simple question - how can a billion rand company not assist it's client with simply reversing a transaction on their request? On day 3 the payment was still pending clearance as I noted on my banking app, and they still couldn't stop the payment from going through after numerous requests.

I've sent screenshots of how I tried following up on the "supposed" order I placed with "archivebrands.co.za" who's imitating the Archive TFG online store and the email address that's now been deleted and doesn't exist. I've shared pictures of the **** website.

It's almost been a full week since the transaction and the **** website is still active.

I've been advised to contact the Client Escalations Team of Capitec however they kept stating my request is invalid without telling me what exactly invalidates my claim. This I've asked them twice to clarify and it's like an email template that two different consultants shared with me.

At this point it's almost like Capitec supports ****ming in an indirect way by not offering clients more help in this type of situations.

I hope someone can assist with direction on how I could get my funds bag as it's not small change. Any help will be appreciated.
