Unhelpful

Am under debt review which I stopped paying through it as I felt that they're chatting me.. I was giving capitec account by debt counsellors and advised that if I want statement I must go to capitec branch if I pay my debt directly to my creditors. I did pay direct to that account after confirming with branch that this account belongs to them, it was given to me by debt counsellor after I request it.the first two month I paid and requested statement to check I saw that my interest we very high...I increased what I was paying so I could pay errears,six months later when I went back to the same branch were I received my statement after calls were made by consultant some procedure happen but no I can't get the statement because am under debt review... What's funny is the last time I received statement and I was under debt review.. What's strange about this whole thing is my balance decreases very slow and my fear is how would I trust that am don't have errears anymore it was just confirmation I gelot from consultant.. And no one is answering me when I see little different after I paid R4300 for six month..I don't have problem with branch consultants they did they're best to help but still I don't have statement with me and no one can answer my questions. I was willing to pay my loan but I have lot of unanswered questions and confusion.
