Unhappy with their irregular billing of my account

I have a loan with them which is supposed to be debited every time I get paid. I've been consistent with my payments and have never defaulted yet anytime money goes into my account at any other time of the month they debit my account again, this is frustrating as my salary hadn't even come into my account yet the little I have is always taken debited every time there is something in the account
