Unhappy with Capitec cheque collectors called staff

The service that we getting from the capitec bank in Randburg is a joke, the consultants there are cheque collectors and too conformable in that branch. More than 1 month ago I went to get a new card frm the bank and since frm that day my card has never worked in any capicec bank for any transactions after 2 weeks of noticing dat I went into the same branch to report it and was told my card is fine,den a few days ago I went to deposit and the cashier saw that the card is not working and I was told to queue again spoke to the lady manager who was gladly to not assist me and to to take a ticket after I explained my struggle with her staff and service. I'm sitting with a card which is not working currently have to use a app, thanks for self service so why do we need pretty dolls if we can do self service.
