Unhappy with capitec bank

My account is paused and i dont get help from capitec,i keep on sending fica documents to them but without any help from them. Now they say i must explain who sends money to my bank account before it can be fixed. How possible is that to trace everyone sending money. Now i am stuck. Stay away from capitec guys, i regret moving my salary from standard bank to capitec.
