Unhappy with capitec bank

I am so sadden with capitec bank. Last week Thursday I was ****med R13 000 from my fixed account while my money was under your care. How is it possible that someone I don't even know could gain access into money that is fixed????? These people transferred money from my fixed account into my savings account and transferred it into different accounts. I didn't share my pin with anybody. My personal details are known by YOU capitec because I trusted u enough to bank with u.I went to my nearest branch they confirmed that someone really withdrew money without my consent. They told me they will call me within 8 days they are investigating, but I'm still waiting not getting any call from them. My account is currently suspended even.I want my money back I'm unemployed. It took me a long time reaching to 13k and then now out of nowhere someone comes to take it within seconds. I won't stop fighting until my money is reversed back into my account.
