Unhappy with Capitec Bank

On the 22nd July I did some "online shopping" via fb as I saw that truworths was having an 80%clearence sale I went ahead and purchased a handbag and 2 pairs of boots which costed R381. 77... When I got home the evening I check my number and had seen 2 transactions that had gone off with the amounts of R381. 77 and R432. 60.. The following day I went into the bank had my card blocked etc.... I requested my money back was given *** was told it could take 8working days, waited and called the call centre and was advised that there was no feedback, after complaining about this on capitec via fb they sent me an email yesterday 17working days later some calls me today telling me " i need to wait 30days to see if I got the goods Really Now... Then have to wait another what 14working days for My Money... The **** was on Facebook seriously it was for truworths does Beijing have a truworths???? And the nerve to top it off they want to charge me R150 charge back per transaction" I was patient long enough for my Own money all other banks had given their clients their money back except capitec ... I want my money back it might seem a little but r800 is alot to me! " I am extremely upset as it's almost been a month and I am still waiting
