Unhappy with Capitec

Morning I'm writing this review with a sad hart how can I trust capitec with my money if it is just been taken from my account on the 25 of July 2024 an amount of R4000 was taken from my account they are telling me that I will not be able to get my money back because it was a purchase made with my card number how possible is that because I was having my card with me and I'm not staying in Witbank, I'm staying in potchefstroom how did it happen till today I still did not get any answers in where is my money I trust them with my money and it just disappeared like that I'm unhappy and broken how can I clawn my own card this is not right ☹️☹️😭😭😭
