Unhappy potential employee

I'm not sure how to get in contact with capitec with regards to my review, I'm still waiting on a call from the hr lady for a proper explanation, as to why she never let me know that I was not chosen for a vacant post and was filled with internals. I don't accept this outcome, capitec is jeorpodising having great employees. This is *********, I should not accept the fact that I have to wait for another job post, and maybe never be considered because of this.
