Unhappy customer

Yesterday debit orders went off my account unauthorised and when visiting the Capitec Branch in Vincent East London they told me that they cannot dispute this debit order which I have never approved a debicheck for.I am so dissapointed in Capitec and will be closing my account with them including my two policies and savings accounts with them.This is *****ulent activity and I do not see why I should be liable for moneys being debited from my bank account. I no longer feel safe dealing with Capitec. Shahima ***
