Unhappy customer and bad customer service

Saturday 18 November, i was withdrawing cashsend at a Capitec ATM at Game Kolonnade Shopping Center in Montana an amount of R450 at around 2pm. Only R50 came out and load shedding happened. My R400 did not come out. I immediately called the numbers on the ATM and an agent By the name Lusion gave me a ref number :***. And he advised that my case will be investigated and money will be funded or not. So Monday the 20th November at Glenfair in Lynwood and i was advised that the case i logged had been closed and i was surprised cause agent told me it would be investigated. I got a new ref now. You know i have been with capitec years and it's the second time i am not happy with service after my ***** case in 2018 it was just dropped... I guess its time i move to another bank!!!!
