Unhappy Customer
Hi , why is it impossible to get hold of any executives at Capitec bank as they are always busy. The branch manager told me that there policies are casted in stone and cannot be changed even if I feel I feel I am being treated unfairly. Who's more important the CEO/CFO/COO or the customer?
