Unhappy client

There were unauthorized transactions made, went to Capitec bank for assistance and they couldn't reverse my money back to me. The two consultants that were assisting me were good, but the agent I spoke to gave me a very appalling service. It's quite pathetic that we bank with Capitec and trust them with our money but when **** hits the fan, they are unable to assist their customers. They go through 'investigations' which are useless and unhelpful. I'm disappointed that I trusted Capitec with my money, only for my money to be taken away by strangers whom I didn't even disclose my pin to.
