Unhappy client

I had a loan & credit card with capitec bank, I couldn't pay loan but I made arrangement with the bank of which later on I was told I had been handed over. in November I payed off my credit card with of R934 that was owed to me. So now the problem is that i went to the bank and asked them to transfer the money to my loan account but refused they say my credit card is closed but to my surprise they keep on deducting the R934 that belongs to me. All I need is for the bank to transfer the money to my loan account and stop reaping me Off.
