Unhappy client

I am so livid with Capitec Bank. I get social grant due to being epileptic and for the past 3 months I haven't been receiving my money and when I went to Capitec branch Kokstad they said I subscribed to iStore products yet I do not even own an iPhone, then they advised me to change my card to again this month I didn't get my social grant. I have been struggling to even buy food so I take my pills yet my money social gtmrant payout which goes to this bank disappeares. They said they can't even assist me because I do not know the number I had since my aunt who helped get the grant died and my memory is very poor. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this bank as it does not protect clients from *****.
