Unhappy Capitec client: Tenure 15 years

Unhappy Client! I have been a Capitec client since i was 19 years old and have never been with a different bank. I currently have a balance in arrears of 3 months due to unemployment and trying to get on my feet. As a consumer and client i contacted Capietec to make an arrangement so i may not fall deeper into debt. This month 2 installments were taken from my bank acccount of R9600. I have contacted capitec over the last 4 days to try and get my money back. I have agreed to an amount but due to an error on capitecs side they have taken more then they agreed and wiĺl not give my money back. Leaving another south african in debt and not able to afford rent and monthly expenses. I phoned 5 times and 3 times the phone was dropped in my ear by the very rude agents! This is unacceptable from my bank. The managers also do not have the ability to contact me as the issue was escalated. The first call i was informed that the money will be in my bank account within an hour. When i called yhe 2nd time i have made a recording. I will phone them again today and make more recordings so i may escalate his even further! I hope they will be able to sort this issue today!!!
