Unhappy

Good day I am not pleased with the service I am getting from Capitec bank and CRD Legal . I had a loan with Capitec and due to financial struggles It was handed over to the CRD legal team . To cut the story short I was given 60% discount to settle the loan and I paid it on the 20th December 2023 . what confuses me I still get annoying calls and emails requesting me to pay the amount with I did . I need my Paid up letter that states I dont owe capitec Bank
