Unhappy and depressed I feel like I will Owe this bank forever.

I have a terrible experience if I knew batter back then I was not going to put myself under this depression I have now because of capitec bank. I took a loan in 2019 , I was paying every month no month skipped me and there was no change in the amount , in 2022 I was failing to meet my end I hand over my debt to one of the debt review companies. So still there no change towards my contribution when I made the debt review aware they made a follow up with capitec and one access facility was resolved. Personal loan and credit card remain the same .
