Unfriendly staff

Today i went to capitec at Makhaza centre because i wanted their app so i get help by a staff member that wasnt helpfull at all first he didnt even greet me he looked like he was not in the mood to help mw because he complain abt my phone that Hisense gives problem den he grab my card without asking me for it because was laying on the table he then type my acc wrong he was the only staff member that wasnt friendly hes name is Masibulele Velem.dnt think will ever want to be help by him again if i do go to Makhaza branch.he really gave me poor service.
