Unfriendly consultant

I went to Capitec in Springs today ( 27 January 2024) the one opposite Truworths Store. I was helped by a Consultant in number 9. I had to ask her questions she was supposed to tell me.i needed a loan she just said u qualify for this much. I had to ask her payment terms myself. So this means if it was someone else who is older she was gonna take that high installment thinking there is no other option 👀. She was nt friendly at all. Guys u must love your jobs, smile make clients comfortable even if there are challenges at work.
