Unfortunately in terms of recovering ur ****med R41 422.50 we won't be able to Assist

I was ****med by a car dealership Auction Nation a total amount of R41 422.50. I reported the incident to Capitec on time and was advised to open a case with SAPS & submit case no: and an Affidavit for investigation.

Case registered on 04/07/2025 at MOROKA Police Station ref nr CAS 66/07/2025 - contact details: ***.

My Capitec case no: #***6 - with all ****mer document4s n proof of payments attached was closed on the same day when I submitted my Affidavit & above SAPS case no: to Capitec ***** dept. Instead I was advised that "Unfortunately in terms of recovering ur ****med R41 422.50 we won't be able to Assist".

I was told.... "The bank could not recover the funds (R41 422.50 - FORTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO and FIFTY cents) The case you opened with the SAPS you will continue with it on a ******** leverl."

Capitec jst told me that it's okay to for me to lose R41 422.50 of my life-savings. I'm unemployed, I have kids and a family to take care of as the bread winner at home. Capitec lack of sympathy and compassion detoriated my finances in my life. I invested so much in this bank for many years, I never thought I would find myself deactivating and moving all my accounts go another bank. Capitec does no care about its clients.!!!
