Good day Sir

I t could be that I cliked Capitec bank by mistake. This is not about Capitec bank. My complaint is about the refusal of the seller who refused to fix the ceiling after I moven in to the house. The agent involved was Leapfrog Properties, the Attorneys for registration was Heyns & Parteners and Velile Tinto Conveyancers, they are both based in Cape Twon.

I wrote emails to them requesting them to intervene but no one wanted to take the responsibility, I ended up on my own and I am unable to handle the previous owners as they kept on playing hide and sick refusing to fix the ceiling.

I really request for assistance
