Unfairly treatment
My name is Languta Gladstone Maluleke with ID number ********** 713082, I'm very dissatisfied with Capitec, I had a personal loan with Capitec and they went on to approve me a credit facility without me applying for it, along the way I lost my job so I had to tap in to their credit facility, currently I'm self employed and I'm paying the personal loan on a monthly basis as per our agreement but Capitec has unfairly treated me, 1st they debited my nedbank account for the credit facility without my permission or consent, I had to reverse the debit order and it is damaging my credit profile. After they realised that I revised the debit order they phoned me to make an arrangement for the credit facility which we all agreed, according to our agreement they must debit my account in 3 instalments of R1622 to pay off the credit facility and the debit orders must go off on the last day of the month, remember I'm self employed every little cent I put in my account is for generating more money, yesterday the 25th I deposited money in my account so I can pay a supplier but to my surprise Capitec bank debited my account on the 25th instead of the last day of the month, now I can't work meaning there's a high risk of not having income come month end and on that income I still need to honour my personal commitments with the very same creditor that ****** me of making more money. Capitec has been unfairly treating customers. I could revise the debit order but I don't want to for my credit profile.
