Unfairly treated. I've been dehumanized

Capitec closed my account without calling nor sending an email or SMS to inform me why they decided to close my account. Upon going to the bank they told me to go do an affidavit for whole of July transaction yet I don't even have access to a statement.

Please assist. I have funds in my account
