Unfairly handed over by capitec bank

By far the worst bank Capitec handed me over in error and now they don't can't get to me I have called and emailed countless times no nobody can assist me how do you hand over you clients for a missed payment but the proof shows payment was made and in the meantime I'm being harassed by vertex solutions on a daily basis I don't even take calls on my phone anymore because I'm being harassed by vortex solutions by different numbers and Capitec that caused all this hassle is no where to be found I don't know what else to do I will be laying a complaint with the ombudsman can't take this anymore
