Unfairly Handed Over by Capitec Bank.

I have been recently handed over by Capitec Bank on the 5/11/2018. I came to the branch in September to make arrangements to pay R1500 as I just started at my new job and was still under probation. The consultant assist refused my arrangement , according to her I need to pay atleast R2000 of which I couldn't afford. She than said she cannot proceed with the arrangement and I than informed her than I will make a cash payment rather at Capitec. I got paid my first salary in September and a debit order of R4000 came off my account without my permission I than reversed it and went to pay R500 cash, October R1700 was deducted again no arrangements made. As I was on my way to make a payment for October and also make a new arrangement for R2000 a month as I was tired of reversing, I receive an sms that Capitec handed me over with no prior notice or whatsoever. I believe I have been unfairly handed over because they have refused my arrangement and now I'm being handed over without any communication or notice. Please help what can I do. Regards
