unfairly handed over

Hi, I had the same problem as Gagarabal, I skipped only a month which was August 2014 and on the 8th or 9th of September the bank was handed me over to the lawers,the bank never gave any notice. I received a call from the lawers towards the 25th letting me know that i have been handed over to them and iIshould start paying on to their account not the bank.i went to the bank to find out what hhappened and they told me I was under debts review, which i never signed any ppaperwork from them, they only said it will be sended to me. I wish iI can get help so Ipay the bank not the lawers because the whole situation is destroy my life, can buy anything on credit including a house. <br> <br> Your assistance will be highly appreciated on the matter
