Unfair treatment from Capitec , because I told them that I’ve changed the bank to fnb but they didn’t do what I’m asking to do for the debit orders.

Having a problem of depth review taking my money in Capitec , and that money I have to pay for my my car , now is for 7 months please can help me to sourt out of this problem.And they send someone in my house he said her name is Leon , and harassment in my house , he shouted me in my house and the baby was crying and he came with her wife , and they tell me that I owe them 32000 I must pay for the depth review,please help about this problem.
