UNFAIR TREATMENT

I took a loan with Capitec while I was still working, then all was fine, I was paying it well, until when I lost my job, then I went to them to tell that I just lost my job, and also every time they called , I kept telling them that I lost my job, I tried paying them from the little I was getting from my side hustle,

It happened that I failed to honour the debt / to pay them just for 2 months and they then handed my account over instead of giving me a grace period as I informed them about my situation, now it is messing up my credit score. I tried calling them so that i can pay them, they blocked me from paying them or arranging with them so that i can settle it.

I Am willing to pay and settle my debt , but how will I do that if the same guys i Am owing blocked me from paying them, but in my credit results they are Claiming that im owing them and don't want to pay.

THEY ARE DOING THIS JUST BECAUSE IM BLACK. I have a white friend who got his credit cleared just because he lost his job, he Is the one who told me to go approach the bank, but they are handling the same matter differently to my white friend, which got me thinking if this is just a RACE issue or what.
