Unfair treatment at Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank they did m wrong sham, Last month March they paused my savings account I couldn't do any transaction, they said I should send my documents, proof of income, proof of residence and ID copy, i went to the branch they said I should email the documents of which I did I sent them on the 09.04.2024, my account was reopened just for 5 days and yesterday 18.04.2024 was closed again they want documents. How many times should we send the documents because is now useless to have an account but you can't use it. And they did not even border to call and tell what is wrong with the account even now, I sent email to complaints no one responded so I am disgusted by CAPITEC BANK,
