Unfair treatment and bullying

Good day, I would like to plead with Capitec bank management to please do something with regards to the two branche managers at east rand mall. Vuyo Mdlalose is the name of the manager at capitec next to chicken licken, Selina and her assist by da name of Promise at east point branch. These three managers are bullies.

These three manager have no respect for the consultants, they bully them day in day out. I feel sorry for the old woman who cleans for capitec working under supercare, they treat her like *******, it's like she is a nobody because she is a cleaner.

I'm pleading with Capitec to please interview your consultants about the treatment they getting from the three managers, I promise you will be shocked to hear what they go through. As for the old woman please hear her cry she is being bul**** and abused by these people who things she is nothing. The old woman is there to work for her family just like any other parent.

These managers are not leaders, but bullies who confuses their position to be leaders for power. The level of disrespect is so heartbreaking.

Vuyo Mdlalose's assist Tumelo derseves the position because he is so passionate and has the petiance for his fellow consultants. Capitec needs more young leaders like Tumelo.

I am very disappointed to see young black people treating an old woman in that manner. Again please please Capitec management hear my pleading more especially for the Cleaner.
