Unfair treatment

My loan account was handed over by capitec to RL Deli. In January I was told that the amount of R8000 monthly installments will be more than enough to meet the required monthly amounts. I have realised after the second installment of R8000 that each amount of R8000 I'm paying it's only amount of R3000 that gets allocated towards my debt the other R5000 goes towards the so called interests charged by capitec. When I'm question the amount of interest no one can give me answers RL Deli refers me to capitec and capitec refers me to RL Deli. I have now been requesting a statement of a account since January and up to now I cannot get a statement. When I request a statement I'm told to get the statement from capitec branch I went to savannah branch in Polokwane I was told to get the statement from RL Deli. When I contact RL Deli they are referring me back to capitec and also advised me that they told capitec that they are the ones that must provide me with a statement but up to now I have not received any call from capitec as promised regarding my statement. My desired outcome is that capitec explains why my account is only getting reduced by 3000 out of the 8000 amount I'm paying and why can't I get a statement of account.
