Unfair service

I am sick and tired of constantly being treated unfairly as your customer for so many years. You guys are quick to close or flag my accounts but never attend to my complaints. Customers can easily call in and say whatever about my business and you close it without proper investigation. You recently refunded a customer who paid for an item then requested for a refund on my side and I did so. All in all I got ****med twice. Please sort out my account as my business is on stand still on both personal and business account.
