Unfair practices

These days companies have an option that allows the business to contact you back. Capitec doesn't and they make you wait for a long time before you get really get assistance. I had issues with my loan and I could not get assistance. Their banking system is terrible, it appears to have weaknesses as well. The way my patience has run out, I am thinking of reporting them to the consumer protection act. Each and every day that pass by without resolving my loan issues interests are getting charged.
