Unfair listing and bad service

I took out a loan with capitec bank in 2010, i paid for almost 2 years and got dismissed.

I missed a couple of payments and was handed over to MBD attorneys.i got a stable job not long after my dismissal and have been paying ever since then (more than 48 months now) without even missing a single payment.

My ITC is ruined i cannot do anything i called their legal department and spoke to a lady called Tanya Ref of the call ********** 7, she was very unprofessional and inconsiderate on top of that was not interested to what i was trying to explain to her.

What do i do going forward to clear my name?i really think it's unfair to still be reflecting on ITC as im paying and never skipped a payment for more than 48 months?
