Unfair labor practices

Unfair labor practices from chairperson and initiator. Employee never given a fair hearing, she was never given statements from complaints who accused her of practicing witchcraft and ill treating them at work by not allowing them to do their jobs. She was also not given the hearing minutes or her employment contract when she asked for it so her lawyer can go through it after she was unfairly suspended and had her profile blocked. This lead to her being demoted, shaming her and making her feel worthless after everything she did for the company even when she was ill. Complaints colluded throughout the process together with the investigator to get her fired. The sanction was also not in line with the company's code of conduct in anyway which clearly showed and proved the Unfairness of the whole processes. I'd like the CEO to look into the matter and advice if this is how inquiries are dealt with because from where I'm standing , this matter was closed long before the hearing date. I also believe the investigator was part of the problem.
