UNFAIR HANDOVER OF MY ACCOUNT

I have a loan with Capitec Bank which i was paying for 30 month. Two weeks back someone from Siyaya debt solution phoned me explaining how they assist people. she then said she will send me the documents to sign if i am interested but the following day I started receiving smses from them indicating that i am their member. After receiving their messages i told them that i did not agree to their proposal, they then cancelled my debt review. The following week i got the message from Capitec saying that they handed me over to Gehard VD Merwe Attoneys. I phoned Capitec to try and explain that Siyaya made a mistake putting me under debt review as i wanted to continue paying my instalments with capitec as ussual, but they kept on saying I must talk to the lawyers. i want to continue paying my instalment with Capitec not with the lawyers. out of all my creditors is only capitec who handed over my account. i am able and willing to pay my account as i use to but now my payment is no longer accepted. i want my instalment to be reinstated.<br>
